HanFlo Tech Gh provides software development and tech support services.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices are agreed before work begins. Payments are made in Ghana cedis (GHS) through Paystack or other agreed methods.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the access we need to complete the work.

4. Delivery

Delivery follows our Delivery Policy. Timelines depend on your timely cooperation.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the custom software we build for you. We keep the right to reuse general tools, libraries, and know-how not specific to your business.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and project details confidential.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care in all our work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Support and bug fixes

Defects in delivered work that are reported within 14 days of delivery are fixed free of charge. New features or changes are quoted separately.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project in writing. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
